Imagine being pushed along the mystic waters of Lake Champlain by the wind, just as our forefathers did when they came to the Americas hundreds of years ago, enduring the ever changing New England weather with scenic and historic views all around. We provide a more complete experience with our variety of boats on hand. Check out our 27 foot Cabin Cruiser Sailboat made by legendary designer Lyle Hess. It has cabin with a 6' 2" ceiling, capable of carrying 6 persons comfortably, modern styling, and is considered a fast and strong sailboat. A meal table that will seat 6 could be used for an on the water picnic along with the outdoor deck and seating area.

The 27 foot sailboat (max. capacity 6 persons) will not be removed from the mooring and traveled in unless A) A renter has recently completed a sailboat cruiser operator’s course and has a certificate or card displaying such (may be exempted with a qualified captain). B) Signing a waiver and agreement to be responsible for the safety of their party, the boat and it’s contents, along with a resume of boats and waters sailed in, for our approval, and C) to comply with the rules of operation from the State of
2012 Sailboat rental fee for home renters:
$200 per 8 hour day, $15/hour for captain.
Private lessons: $40 per hour, and $25 /hour per extra person, boat included. Private lessons available for half day or full day sessions.
There is also a $300 refundable accidental damage deposit required if renting without a captain.
Cleaning maintenance after usage:
$35 an hour if the boat is not cleaned up, everything put back as given to renter, and of trash and waste before returning it.
The two new Trophy 144 kayaks we have are 12 feet long, very stable, have dry storage, bungee storage retainer nets for extra packs, and has 2 fishing rod holders. They are a multi purpose kayak. There is no charge for using the kayaks if they are brought back in the same condition as received.
Our rowboat with ouboard engine may have 40:1 gas/oil mix in it, and there may be a charge you need to pay before leaving if you do not obtain and fill the tank back up, as of May 15th, marina prices are $5.25 per gallon.
